If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 24 hours notice; otherwise, you may be charged 50% of the service cost. Full sets require 48 hours notice. No call/no shows will be charged the full price of the service and will be removed from the client list. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be asked to reschedule. We guarantee our work within 72 hours after the service, and any complaints must be made in that grace period. Please note that no refunds are given. When calling, please leave a message as there is no receptionist available. We won’t be able to respond to calls while working on clients, so texting or emailing is the fastest way to reach WillaWinks.
