If you need to cancel, please give 24 hours notice, otherwise you may be charged 50% of the service. Full sets require 48 hours notice. No call/no shows will be charged the full price of the service and removed from the client list. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you may be asked to reschedule. We guarantee our work within 72 hours after the service, and any complaints must be made in that grace period. No refunds are given. When calling, please leave a message as there is no receptionist. We won’t be able to respond to calls while working on clients. Texting/email is the fastest way to reach us.
